Coco Beach pool villas are developed in phases, phase 1 has been completed, while phase 2 is under construction with ultimately in total 9 villas being constructed. The basic design entails 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a Thai cooking style kitchen, rooftop space for the best view of the mountains of Sam Roi Yot (which literally translated means the mountain with three hundred peaks), a private swimming pool with salt water and of course a garden. Building starts as soon as you have bought the house: the basic design can be outfitted according to your wishes. The prices start from 8.900.000 THB, or approximately 240.000 euro and will vary depending on the choices you may make in both interior as well as the size of the plot, which vary from 400 to 600 sqm.
